Get started with your team in no-time! Follow our setup wizard to pick games suited for your team needs, select a date & time for the event and send invitations. Finished! The employees will follow a simple onboarding procedure:
The employee starts by creating an avatar. The combination of creativity and personal expression sets a fun and relaxed atmosphear.
Speak to all logged in employees, talking about why you are doing this and what they can expect. Before pushing the GO-button!
The employees will be sent to random or pre-defined games in groups of 5-8 people.
Each game takes about 7 minutes with 3 extra minutes for small talk, using their headphones. All games are designed for specific team building goals.
